Website devoted to the various writings of New York City-based travel, food, and music writer
Holly A. Hughes, with contact information and links to purchase books. I wanted the site to have an edgy and hip feel, but still look serious enough for such an accomplished and diverse writer. I designed it with a neutral background to display the author's multi-colored book covers.

Conceptualized and created website (HTML is hand-coded), designed logo, stationery and business cards. This included everything from formulating the initial concept for the website, to creating all illustrations, choosing color scheme and layout, optimizing web images, and overseeing yearly updates and creation of new web pages.

Story Salad Productions, Inc. is a national touring company that travels all over the USA.
It is geared toward kids from kindergarten to fourth grade.
I wanted the site to be informative to adults, but fun and a riot of colorful images, like a children's book.

I created this "tour of a condominium" for the Boston Sunday Globe's Real Estate Section "Home of the Week" feature.  I conceptualized and designed the website and prepared the images for display on the internet.  I wanted to keep the site simple, logical and easy to navigate, and to let the photographs of the elegant 1905 architecture and fixtures speak for themselves.
